Beet Shrimp - Original Watercolor

I wanted to see if you can paint with beet water and you can! Its a very vibrant magenta and has a slight shiny finish unlike normal watercolors. I can't guarantee how the beet juice will hold up in direct sun light. So maybe display it in a shaded area.
